In many circumstances a personal site visit isn’t required. We are able to use the very latest remote support tools to manage your systems or an on demand connection to resolve many issues.
There is an economic cost to travelling to site making this a very cost effective method of support.
On advice from our support technicians you will be asked to click on the link below.
This will install CentraStage on demand client software on your system and connect you to our support portal. This will be automatically removed after a reboot.
